PSMO’s AKAP barangay health worker training on cancer 101 in Ilocos Norte today, May 19, 2023. According to Dr. Mercy Grace Kindipan, Medical Oncologist/cancer specialist, “We have identified the top 10 municipalities in Ilocos Norte with highest incidence of cancer and train the Barangay Health Workers for each municipality for faster referral to Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center.
